No Trains Planes or Automobiles

14 May

Lazy day yesterday started of with a walk to Einstein’s Bagels an experience both Jamie and me had looked forward to for months lol Not everyone’s holiday highlight but going out for breakfast is something Jamie misses when in England While there we saw a lady fall over really hard on some water and hobble back to her feet and I was so disappointed with Jamie because she was just about to got to the bathroom…we could have frickin’ own Einstein’s if she had slipped and OBVIOUSLY NOT HURT HERSELF but we could have made all manner of shit up from backache to contraction’s we’d have made millions…. I jest of coarse but that lady did hurt herself and they did an accident report.

The rest of the day was spent just not being in a car and allowing Reagan to do what she wanted which I think she deserved after the miles she traveled so patiently and without half the amount of problems I’m sure she could have caused!

The actual highlight of the day was meeting Uncle Jim and Aunt Linda, family I hear about but haven’t met and what a lovely couple they are and Reagan took to both of them straight away. We had a BBQ and although rReagan had to go inside to eat because there was just too much going on to eat it was great to spend time with more of Jame’s family before tomorrow because Emily’s graduation party will be a meet the family overload I bet?

After Reagan became too tired to do anything we bathed her but she was just too tired for a bottle and went straight to bed leaving the grown ups to talk a little before they all drifted off. Before we went to bed I did get a chance to talk to Aunt Sandi on the phone which was nice and I know she reads this, so I will just say like I said last night I can’t wait to meet you someday! (even if you do turn up in England unannounced you will always be welcome!)
