Its been a month since Lincoln was last weighed and his growth has slowed slightly which is good, he is on the 91st percentile which is great and he is a happy little boy which is all we want!

Lincoln went for his scheduled 6 week check up this morning and measured 23″ long and weighed 12lbs 7oz a gain of 13.5oz since “6 days” ago (his normal weigh day is tomorrow) His head circumference is 16″

He is on the 80th percentile for weight and the same for height which is perfect.

The doctor praised Jamie on his weight gain saying he is thriving on breastfeeding alone, he also praised her for going to the doctor and demanding medication for reflux because as a doctor and knowing what he knows now he would have put his own daughter on reflux medication 10years ago but back then and to some degree nowadays colic is always diagnosed. The plan now is to try weaning him off the medication in a weeks time to see if he still needs it.

Lincoln went to the Salinae Centre today and he now weighs 11lbs 0oz a gain of 9oz WELL DONE Mommy!
