After the summer holidays Reagan and Lincoln finally went back to school, the former has been looking forward to it but I am not so sure about the latter…? They both got up on their respective alarms and started to get ready only to find that her shirts would not take a tie and he […]
While Mommy was worrying about getting two children ready to go back to school tomorrow, all I had on my mind was ‘are the runners on my old drawer I used when I first started work made from hard wood?’ I couldn’t wait to get home and go get it out of the bottom shed […]
I have decided to take another rest from drinking, I actually decided a couple of weeks ago and was ready to just stop but I made this stupid plan to go through September without a drink but by the time yesterday came I wished I was already two weeks in… A month should not be […]

The laundry basket will fill up, the fridge will empty, the crockery will disappear, the noise will increase and tranquility will be gone. On the flip side our family will be together again and I will assume my place at the bottom of […]
While the children are away in Hungary and Jamie is preparing to go home for a few weeks it meant our time together would probably have to be a ‘staycation’ and that did not bother me one bit! Once Momma knew her babies were ok she began to relax and enjoy her week off settling […]
