Errr ummm I forgot her name but…
What follows is the description I got and she was trying so hard to remember details
Do you know anyone who lived in the past
Her skin is dark
She is old
She didn’t have straight skin
When she died it had an 18 in it
She knew Florence Nightingale
She made medicine from cinnamon and stuff from under the ground
She rubbed wine into peoples backs
…errr do you know who it is?
Ok so I Googled “black nurse knew Florence Nightingale” and Mary Seacole appeared with which Reagan lit up, when she heard the name.
It was wonderful watching her brain tick trying to regurgitate facts and how excited she was when one popped into her head. It got late so they both went to bed but tomorrow it will be a topic to revisit
My favourite thing was “She didn’t have straight skin!” “She was old!”
